About us
CalAgroClimate is web-based decision support system that translates high resolution gridded weather data and forecast information into decision support tools designed to provide crop specific information for managing risks. The tools are designed to be user-friendly and are based on the needs and priorities of agricultural stakeholders.
CalAgroClimate is developed in partnership and funding support from the USDA California Climate Hub, USDA Office of the Chief Economist, USDA-NIFA, University of California Office of the President (UCOP), University of California, and Davis, University of California, Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources (UCANR), University of California, Merced. This is a collaborative work with the goal of developing crop specific, science based, locally relevant decision support tools that align with the priorities of agricultural stakeholders in California. We periodically add more tools and resources as they become available.
Thank you for checking out the CalAgroClimate!
